EXPERIENCE AND ACCURACY FOR EVERY TYPE OF TRANSMISSION
The department metal shearing, with its 6 operatives and department head, occupies a surface area of approx. 1,200 sq. m. It hosts 13 Bruderer, Balconi and Yamada presses (30-160 tons). All raw materials are provided with quality certificates issued by suppliers. During production cycles, we conduct statistical controls, with record keeping. We adopt production procedures which include governance of control modes and times, as well as machine installation parameters.

Finishes

A COMPLETE SERVICE
To optimally provide all finishing types required by customers, the department also hosts 2 tumblers and 2 washing machines for oil- and burr-free sheared small components.
Zinc, nickel, chrome, tin and silver plating, gilding, anodizing and coating are among the routine tasks we conduct to fully meet our customers’ requests.
